Here’s how we’ll work together:
STEP 1: The Pre-reqs
We start with a one-time setup fee of $99, which includes:
- A 30-Minute onboarding phone call or Skype Call with your dedicated Project Manager. Here’s where we’ll discuss the goals of your site, and how we can best serve you with web design help.
- We’ll copy your website to a test site so you can approve our updates and design changes before they go live. Your test site will be password protected so only you can see it.
STEP 2: We get Started
You email us your design & content changes, and we’ll get started! Every change will be made onto the test site, for your viewing. Your project manager will keep track of your support tickets that you submit via email. We track our time and we’ll let you know when your hours have been fulfilled for the month. If you’d like additional changes beyond your subscribed design hours, we can continue working on an hourly basis.
STEP 3: We upload your shiny new designs
When you approve the updates on the test site, we will make them live. Your new and improved website will be live for the world to see!
